GPM-T320 CNC Pipe Beveling Machine - Product Introduction
Adopts axial feed cutting method. The beveling speed can be flexibly adjusted according to groove depth and pipe material, greatly improving processing efficiency compared with traditional pipe beveling equipment. Equipped with PLC servo control system, human-machine interactive operation is simple, no G-code programming required. No fixture replacement needed when changing pipe specifications. It supports multiple groove forms including V/Y, K/X, U/J, and can perform end face milling & transition beveling. Cold cutting technology prevents thermal oxidation and deformation of pipe ends. Widely applied in pipe fabrication, pressure vessel, shipbuilding industries. It can process carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloy pipes, pipe diameter φ33~325mm, wall thickness 1~22mm. High-quality pipe end beveling can be finished in one clamping.
